Dunkin' - Manatee County

I love some Dunkin Donuts coffee, but I love getting it from this store the most. The staff is always so friendly and very professional.

Horrible services and always said someones going to contact me and never have any answer the worst services everytime than i visit this place. No more visits and lets visit Starbucks on front of them better vustomer services and nice place to visit.

Haven’t been to Dunkin in a while because the one over by my house usually has a 30min wait but today’s visit was smooth. The guy at the window had the most amazing customer service and treated us so well I had to make time to leave a review. Donuts were fresh, coffee was amazing I will definitely be coming back when I’m around the area. 10/10

Absolutely great customer service employees are always in a good mood. Love this

I would give them a zero,but it wasn't an option. Today was my second visit and once again stood in line for 10-15 minutes while the employees stood at the drive thru chatting away. There were approximately two cars in the drive thru. One time maybe there was an issue, but twice...not okay.I will never visit this particular location again. Management needs to either retrain its employees or send them packing.
