Feedback gevenThey need to read the orders that come in better this is the fifth time ordering off the app and or through door dash and my sub has been made wrong I will not eat there again.
The owner of this store is a thief who won't let his managers give refunds even when the workers mess up the orders. Instead he demands that you bring the food back and have it remade without any compensation for time and travel expense. I guess people should just starve on their lunch break to bring back a messed up meal later and get it replaced. Don't eat here as they have no accountability for poor work ethic/ performance.
We had a coupon so I asked if we could use it just wanted to make sure. They have to ridiculously tell us the sandwiches we could get with it and that they can do that since they are a small franchise. I didn’t need a long story. Then my son asked for mozzarella on his meatball sub and they said that would be extra too. Horrible customer service. These people really need to be trained on how to talk to people.
Can someone tell the owner to start selling the broccoli cheese soup pleaseAlso the new girl made a salad and did not put lettuce on it that’s the main ingredient lol?
The ABSOLUTE WORST Experience EVER! They messed up a sandwich (ordered on app) when asked to correct it, I was told they can't give away free food. Umm, seriously? YOU messed up MY sandwich! It's not free, it's giving the customer what they have paid for. The poorest service I have ever had! So sad!!!
