Came in took about 6-8 minutes to even get started with my lunch, both the workers were very rude, ruined my day very unprofessional I didn’t even get a bag for my food. I also had to wait for both of them to try and figure out some lady’s cupons but they told her they can’t do anything without a manager and she won’t be here till tomorrow, there should always be a manager in store!! Seemed like they were high as they were very slow, and all coustomers were making eye contact questioning what the workers were doing. All around very very unimpressed.
This is pretty much my only subway shop I go to because the sandwich artist there at are super nice, polite and fast. New make over a big bonus.
I arrived at the restaurant and it took about 6-8 minutes just to get my lunch order started. Both employees were quite rude, which really put a damper on my day; the service was very unprofessional. I didn’t even receive a bag for my food. Additionally, I had to wait while they tried to help a woman with her coupons, only to tell her that nothing could be done without a manager, who wouldn't be in until tomorrow. There should always be a manager on duty! It felt like the staff was moving slowly, almost as if they were lethargic, while other customers exchanged glances, clearly questioning the staff's behavior. Overall, I was extremely unimpressed.
I walked in and waited nearly five minutes to place my order, despite there only being two people ahead of me. I was greeted by a young girl named Naomi, who was quite rude from the start and seemed to be having a rough day. One of the customers in line had to ask the other staff member to wrap her sandwich because it was going to get cold while waiting. The other girl, who looked around 16 or 17, clearly needed more training before handling things on her own. She struggled with the computer system and was unable to process my payment. I also had to ask for my drink cup. Overall, I was very unimpressed— I've been a regular here in the past, but this place really needs a manager on duty!
