Bj's Brewhouse Manchester

Seating was super prompt and they were able to get us to a table as soon as we walked in. Food was great however it seems like there is a lack of training on how things get ordered at the bar. Wait staff did not know that a margarita “straight up” meant served with no ice, and when asked about light beer they thought we meant light in color instead of light in calories. So definitely a disconnect there. Other than that, great experience.

This was a nice place to eat. Pretty nondescript. It was like a lot of other restaurants.

Worst service I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Our waitress forgot about us multiple times, our experience took over 2.5 hours and the restaurant was not busy. Our waitress also just cleared to plates from our table, to the table next to us. It was very horrible service. I have been here a few times and most the time it’s great, but this experience made me not want to drive the 40 minutes to go back. She literally didn’t take our meal order until an HOUR after we got there because she never came to check on us.

Several items and/or ingredients were unavailable. The quality of the food was just okay at best.

You all run out of the dingen! never all wings with bone allways short on the best food. inventar must be re-viewed
