The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional. The establishment is clean and well-maintained. The food met my expectations and was not disappointing. I was impressed by their attention to allergies. Overall, I had a positive experience!

I have a weekly tradition of dining at this restaurant with my son, even in the winter and bad weather, because the service here is exceptional unlike most fast food places in our area. The owner, Dave, always greets us warmly and ensures that everything is going smoothly. This level of hospitality is reflected in the staff as well. The service is fast and efficient, and best of all, our orders are always correct. My favorite item to order is the soft serve, which I indulge in despite being diabetic. The soft serve here is rich and creamy, and I prefer it over other options available in the area.

The ice cream choices at this restaurant are great, especially if you like soft serve. The ice cream cakes are also outstanding. They offer a variety of take-home products as well. The staff is always friendly. However, the food can be inconsistent. The menu offers typical fast food options, which are all decent but nothing stands out as exceptional.

If you lie soft serve this is your place. I am not a huge fan of soft serve so maybe I am the wrong person.

Flamethrower burger is out of this world I will be stopping in again today for my weekly burger!!!! I highly recommend this spot or the one in South Windsor which has mini golf
