Dunkin' - Manchester

It feels like we need to revisit what made America great before Dunkin' Donuts. The customer service here seems rather indifferent. I spent over $10 for a coffee and six donuts. You're not Starbucks, and this isn't Manhattan.

Amazing donuts! The staff is consistently friendly, always gets my order right, and serves with a smile. They have a great energy, and Jess, the manager, treats both the team and the customers wonderfully. Some of the standout employees like Ashleigh, Noah, Willow, and Christian are fantastic! I just read a recent review by someone named Dana who mentioned the long lines. It's important to remember that it's Christmas time, and while she may not be working, these employees are doing their best despite the crowds. So please be understanding—it's the holiday season!

Please update your hours! There's no reason a mall Dunkin' Donuts shouldn't be open 24/7. It's frustrating!

Typical Dunkin' experience. The order was prepared correctly, and the staff were friendly. However, the drive-thru service was somewhat slow. It appeared that they processed one order at a time and waited for that vehicle to finish before taking the next order.
