Feedback gevenI found a large hair in my bagel this morning, and I can't understand how that wasn't noticed. It's really off-putting! The men's Dunkin' locations seem quite run-down and lack any sense of quality, but what’s most frustrating is that the management doesn't seem to make any effort to improve things.
This is the most reliable Dunkin' I've found in a while. The coffee is always prepared perfectly and is served quickly. I'd rate the food 4 out of 5.
The service and the team here are exceptional! I came only for the breakfast and they were very friendly, took my order perfectly, and how allways dunks came through a cupon offer for a $2 breakfast sand that was with any drink purchase, so that was a steel. I have also earned 80 points on my app, now I have a free drink reward for the next time! my ice cream drink did not come out as I got it last time so that the manager was so beautiful and remade it for me for another wise, without waiting in line or pay again what I really appreciated, it is Christmas time and I know how busy they were again and how hard they work so thank you! that's my way to dunks!
Animated atmosphere. unorganized. could not find out where to pick up my sandwich. forever and sandwich was old. food: 2/5
Picked up an online order last Friday and when I bit into my sandwich it still had the parchment paper in it! Burnt crossiants, wrong donuts. So I called for a refund and was told I would have to come in and a manger took my name and hung up. I have a physical disability and this isn 't always easy for me. I got there 3 days later. Nice girl behind the counter but didn 't know refunds and had to call a manager, who didn 't help her. She refunded the app and not my debit card like I asked. Okay, whatever. So today I go to place an order for my partner to pick up via the app and my refund is gone! Looking at my transaction history it had been voided after I left! So I call back and speak to manager Jen (refused to give last name who proceeded to get angry with me that I wanted a refund without coming in YET AGAIN. Tells me they don 't have the technology to go phone refunds (again, this was a mobile order, no one has had to see my card once. Even when I went in on Monday they didn 't ask for it. Then she tells me that Its 2022, we need your card, what do you expect?! Completely unprofessional. She proceeds to tell me SHE NOW WONT REFUND ME and hangs up. I call back and ask for her name. She gives me her first name, the basic corporate number, and tell me in a childish condescending voice to have a nice day. I have called to place a case with corporate but still no refund. I am beyond upset and will be following up accordingly.
