Feedback gevenI?m done with this location. ?This location does not offer mobile ordering? according to the Dunkin app. That means I can?t collect points or redeem rewards. It defeats the whole purpose. That message has been there the last three times I attempted toorder. The last time an employee said it was down ?for a little bit?. A week seems like more than a little bit. You guys hadyour chance. I?ll be going somewhere else. Alltown Fresh today.
This location is supposed to be open until 10:00 pm, on several instances I have gone shortly after 9:00 pm and they have been closed. Last night when it happened I went to the door and two young adults were sitting on their phones and when I came up oneof them pulled the shades. This is very unprofessional. Also I use the online order on the app and they don?t start making ituntil I get there. This defeats the whole purpose.
MANGEMENT TAKE NOTICE: Get rid of the girl immediately in drive through. Young girl, piercing. Rude to customers. Placed my items in the window and left it so she could gaggle with humor to her workmates. Everyone was in the drivethrough line for near20-min while the workers were playing games. I had to climb out of the car and knock on the glass because she was clearlydelaying service to minimize orders. Once the line is full, cars pull away and this is a detriment to business. She came over tothe window and I said to her that she really has to stop the delay because it 's not right to hold the line so she can gagglewith friends on the job. She laughed and said, Get the he 'll out of my lane. Will call corporate to determine if a franchise.Will contact owner, supervision, or higher/District Manager.
We just went to this dunkin donuts at around noon on 8.27.22 and waited 20 miin to get up to the window with only 2 cars in front of us. When getting to the window, we paid and then the girl was taking her time, laughing and socializing. Then she setdown our stuff in front of the window and walked away for another 3 min. We honked our horn, knocked on the window and whenshe opened the window with smerk on her face and still laughing she says said get out of my store . This girl needs sometraining on customer service by the window while our order sat there at the window and she was socializing. We were in a hugehurry and she caused us to miss our flight. This is the worst dunkin donuts ever and that girl, she had shorter dark black hairand a piercing so if the owner is reading this, I sure hope you take some action on this person.
The absolute slowest dunkies around. If you have no where to be by all means go here. Try to combat the slow drive thru and slow counter service by doing online ordering but unless it's a regular coffee they have no one checking if the order if 100%complete and you are missing stuff, so then u have to go to the counter and get stared at like a weirdo until finally someonehelps you. They also spend so much time just talking to each other instead of worrying about helping customers. Just becausethey are working all day doesn't mean I want to be there all day with them. Even at drive thru they get your stuff one at atime. Here's a straw. ...wait. ....here's your coffee.....wait. .....here's your food.
