Luigi's Pizza Grille - Manchester

I was very disappointed with the new owner's choice of cook. The food was terrible compared to what we experienced under the previous owners. The name and number are still the same, so I assumed the quality would remain consistent for past patrons. Unfortunately, we encountered overcooked and tough mozzarella sticks, a small cheese pizza that was undercooked, and a grilled chicken sandwich that I ordered without tomato but received with tomato instead. I also requested mayo, but was told it comes with it—in reality, there was none. To top it off, the toasted bread was incredibly stale, and the bill came to over $41. Even if the food had been prepared correctly, that price was far too much. On a positive note, the owner did refund my money and seemed genuinely upset about our experience. Still, it was disappointing because my whole family was really looking forward to dining at Luigi's again, and it turned out to be a major letdown!

I genuinely wanted to leave a positive review for the new owners, but the food just didn't meet expectations. I ordered the Greek steak tip salad without olives, but they still included them, and they forgot the feta cheese and pita bread. As for the chicken finger dinner priced at $20, it was a complete letdown—not worth the money at all, with minimal chicken and fries. The cheeseburger, despite having all the toppings, was dry, and the fries were soggy.

This is definitely not the same Luigi's we used to enjoy. The sauce on the cheese pizza was watered down and really didn't complement the cheese well. Additionally, the texture was soggy. I plan to try the chicken tenders next, but if those don't impress me, I won't be recommending this place anymore. The quality of food has definitely declined since the old Luigi's, where the pizzas were fantastic. Unfortunately, this new version just doesn't live up to those standards.

Finally back open!!!!!! 1 large cheese and 2 steak subs can't wait go back!!!!!

Just heard the sad news, I have been a customer since Vince owned this restaurant. Lisa you should be proud at what you’ve accomplished with the growth and reputation you’ve achieved over the years. We will miss Rebecca and your entire staff. I wish you the best in your future adventures!!
