Excellency the beautiful young lady behind the counter was amazing and a wonderful smile made my sandwich so much better... And her meatballs the bomb most of the time

Awful. Good at the counter, ready for cash. None of the FIVE PEOPLE work four feet of me even registered my existence even tho they looked at me several times and one came back and forth to the counter, looked at me, then continued with the other woman who was literally three feet away and able to see me. No masks carry and I was, so maybe it was a political thing that knows it was only very rude and definitely not customer centricity. This is not the way I treat eould a customer. To make it worse, I was the only person in the café. I usually give a place a second chance, but won?t in this case because one of the five people could have helped me, even recognized me and politely told me? Are you right with you? but that didn't happen. I'll tell everyone I know I don't waste their time or money here. There are a lot of better choices in Manchester..

Great place for sandwiches and salads! A bit expensive, but you get chips and a well drink with sandwiches. Tuna melts and Chicken Caesar packs are delicious!

I am so happy to have found this place! I love a good cappuccino and happened upon this place while attending a conference at the Double Tree Hilton. Great REAL cappuccino (not just a dressed up coffee). I will definitely be back. Thank you!
