The Birch On Elm - Manchester

What can I say except that it was amazing? I absolutely loved the fresh and unique dishes! The tapas were fantastic, and the mixed drinks were excellent—everything was delicious! I especially enjoyed the chilly chili, tacos, cauliflower, and beef salad. The atmosphere was delightful, too. Dan was incredibly friendly, attentive, and all-around a great server! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

The Birch is undoubtedly one of the best places in Manchester. Jeremy crafts some of the finest cocktails I've ever tasted and is also one of the friendliest bartenders I've met. Nick's menus and specials are consistently imaginative and delicious. Rob is fantastic, bald, and vegan. Joel is pretty good too. If you haven’t visited this place yet, you’re truly missing out!

No one else in Manchester is doing what these guys are doing. Best craft cocktails from Geremy and Joel, the staff is super inviting and the menu is impressive. The've already completely redone the menu since opening and it got even better. Nick Preventure provides consistently creative and inviting food. Sit down and order tapas, enjoy the random pace that the food comes out because none will disappoint. Haven't been this excited about a restaurant in Manchester in a while. Can't wait to see what comes next from these young food and cocktail enthusiasts!

Just came from dinner and the new menu is amazing! Service was great and personal as always. Glad to see my favorite octopus nuggets still on the menu along with some new favorites like the steak tartare and a phenomenal ramen bowl
