Wow one of the worst experience ever. 14 min in drive thru girl taking order rude. Ask for sandwiche plain add lettuce. Well that's not plain. Asked why charged extra dollar for pretzel bun guy first window acted stoned girl took order at second window. Nice trailer park tattoo. Wanted to ask if she had tramp stamp to match but didn't food thrown at me checked sandwich to make sure correct girl standing there watching still giving me attitude.

Last week i came here to eat in the restaurant. Went to the restroom and there was a cockroach in the stall. I left without ordering food. The whole floor was slippery with grease. I usually get food here often but now I am grossed out. Poorly managed and chaotic too. I’ll probably go elsewhere from now on..

I'm only giving it two stars because the food is good. That's the only upside.The downsides are plentiful. The service is so slow that I've waited upwards of 5 minutes and moved forward once. It's not uncommon for traffic to be backed up onto driving park road as a result. You can't even go in to avoid the wait because the dining area is always closed. Despite how slowly they go, as well, messed up orders are not uncommon. I've had to complain multiple times because I've been missing things that I ordered and was charged for. This place has by far the slowest fast food i've ever seen.
