Rustica Ristorante - Manchester

This was my second visit to Rustica Ristorante and it was as good as the first. The manager is very accommodating and needs his time to get to know his clientele. The food is incredible. During my first visit, I was unable to decide what to get, so they offered me half of horror from two different dishes. For an appetizer, I chose the shaved brussel sprouts with parmesan flakes, dressed in lemon juice. Unbelievable! I had her gnocchi, her homemade pasta with fennel sausage and cauliflower, as well as her ravioli filled with braided short ribs and ricotta. I also tried the order of my husband from Lachs. Great. For dessert, I served her cheesecake with warm caramel sauce and fresh blueberries as well as her coconut cake with crushed chocolate. I'll take it off with a hoodie. I proposed to the waitress (before my husband), but she assures me that she doesn't cook the food, she just serves it. An experience worth the journey from beginning to end!

I have dined in Rustica only a few times, and every time the food was excellent! The waiting staff, chefs and owners, are so attentive and take care of the preparation of these wonderful dishes. I highly recommend it!

I had the ricotta gnocchi and it was amazing. Pillow soft with a wonderful Bolognese sauce. Excellent wine and coconut cake was excellent!

Elegant, relaxing, beautiful surroundings. The food was overwhelming, and our waiter was great and so really friendly. Try the artichoke heart app and the fillet mignon! We're coming back!

We're lucky to have Rustica 30 minutes from home. First visit last night for our wedding anniversary. Everything was superb. Wine list is impressive. Service was most attentive. Can't wait to go back!
