Must have got a new cook. The Western omlette was more like a crepe and the potatoes are like a spoonful

NEVER AGAIN. Gave this place (too) many tries because it 's conveniently close. The value is just not acceptable, extremely poor. $14.00 fish sandwich I wouldn 't pay $5 for. Tough, dry omelet. Bland hunks of potato for hash browns. Very small portion for the money. Food is just not good: not homemade, not fresh, frozen packaged junk, overcooked, undercooked, tasteless. No effort. Sticky table condiments. AC broken? Sweating: 86 degrees in there! The Server tried- very good/attentive. Boring menu..not one creative selection. No effort. If there is anything great or really good they serve, we haven 't had it. Disappointing unfortunate.

Best part about Martucci’s was LEAVING. I don’t know which was worse, the food or the waitress. French onion had no flavor. Just onions in beef broth, onions not even caramelized. Country fried steak was something straight out of a school cafeteria — frozen, grey meat and all. Apologies to the school cafeteria. Waitress copped an attitude when I refused the masked potatoes, which I received 10 minutes after getting my entree, with brown gravy (when my dish has cream gravy). Everything about this place was a failure. It’s like they don’t even make an effort.

Food was good service was just ok young staff was too busy chatting about everything but work,and service showed. Appetizer came out after my meal. Bummer.

Waited about 45 mins for breakfast. Was not offered top-up of coffee or tea. The food was bland, and I asked to add Swiss. It was not added to my omelet , I was charged for it through. I did not want to wait any longer for it to be fixed !!!
