Babylon Kebab House - Manchester

I have been to this restaurant twice. The first time I spent £26, and the second time I only spent £5. I was treated poorly on the second visit, and it felt like I was being treated like a dog based on how much money I spent. I am very disappointed with the way they treat customers based on their spending. This will be the last time I ever go back.

During our visit to Manchester, we found ourselves on a street not far from the city center in hopes of finding food. It was late in the evening, so the chances of finding open restaurants were slim, but we stumbled upon a place called Babylon where we satisfied our hunger with kebabs. The establishment itself was rather dingy, not catering to refined tastes. In other words, it was a dirty dive. We ordered two chicken doner , one with chips and the other with samoon. We were curious about the meaning of samoon, so we asked the person at the counter. He began a conversation (in Arabic/Turkish) with his colleague next to him (who bore a striking resemblance to the French coach Galtier). But who knows what those two were conspiring about?! Finally, at the end of their conversation, we received the definitive answer: Samoon was a type of bread. But did they really need to be so secretive for such a simple answer? The kebab was excellent, priced reasonably, and came in generous portions.

I ordered a combo fried chicken meal. The spicy wings were overcooked. The rest of the chicken was decent, and the fries were acceptable. I had higher expectations. The staff seemed disinterested. One customer's attempt to use chili sauce ended disastrously when the lid came off, ruining his meal. The staff showed no concern.

So grateful for the staff who found my computer I had left in the store and kept it behind the counter for me to keep it safe! Could not be more thankful! Also really good and cheap food, perfect after a night out!

Called in last week. I staff here have an attitude and the food was rough. My dish was cold in the middle. The floor and counter area was also dirty.
