I went to this restaurant with my parents and partner, we played some pool, had some drinks and dinner. Unfortunately, my dad's burger was a little cold, but the rest of our meals were perfect. We reported this and it was handled promptly and courteously. The service was fantastic, we were very impressed. Thank you.

I was attending a Christmas work event on Saturday 23/12/17 and ended up staying later than my colleagues. When I went to enter the restaurant, a staff member asked if I had been drinking elsewhere, to which I replied yes. Unfortunately, he then informed me that I would not be allowed to come in, ultimately excluding me from my own work Christmas party. I don't know the employee's name, but it's clear that he is potentially driving away customers who contribute to the restaurant's profits.

I have visited Black Dog Call Room three times in the past few weeks with my friends! The 50% off food on Mondays is a fantastic deal and great value for money. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

And not an udder in sight twas most disconcerting and just really loud and annoying so loud was many loud thanks cannot even loud so much I was trying to talk to people but the loud Was everywhere please stop yes. Best and thanks

It was my hen do on Saturday and soon as we got off the train the first place we came to was here! Great atmosphere, great selection of drinks, plenty tables and I love the roof terrace
