Escape Lounge T1 - Manchester

The escape lounge is very relaxed with a good selection of food. Mo behind the bar is very pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the lounge.

The food was nice, very clean, great value for money

What made the difference here was the service. Jenny at the front desk and her colleagues did everything in their control to make the experience the best it could be for the guests. The food was very good and well stocked. I only had the continental offerings so cannot comment on the hot food. Everywhere was clean. The only negative on the atmosphere was that there quite a few uncontrollable children running around excited for their holidays I guess! I was that person once, but not in the lounge

The staff were amazing today. At accommodating our two bookings and making sure we was sat together!

Very quiet relaxing atmosphere. Good start to a long trip.
