Feedback gevenRecently opened by passionate chef and owner, Ladda, this Swinton eatery 's location on a road of fast food outlets could put you off. DONT let it put you off!! Inside the homely but exotic decor, beautiful paintings and eclectic playlist all set a pleasant atmosphere. Ladda has a simple philosophy. Exciting and healthy recipes made fresh to order. Taught by her mother, her passion is giving customers a delicious meal with a homely feel. Despite also being the head chef she made time to talk to all the diners personally, chatting with many as if old friends. This 'no agenda ' genuine friendliness is rare in the restaurant business these days. The food is a wonderful mix of Mediterranean dishes and Thai. All are served on stunning platters, bowls or plates. Our satay chicken and Green Oak rolls for starter were vibrant in look and taste. For mains, my Cajun Sea Bass was perfectly cooked, tangy and incredibly fresh. The veg were al dente and flavoursome. My partners lamb curry was beautifully aromatic and meaty. Dining at the Green Oak, you 'll soon feel part of Ladda 's family. With her beautiful food it 's a family you want to be a part of!
