The coconut rice is fragrant with coconut but also it is not sticky. A very interesting texture I don't usually have. The sambal taste amazing. Lovely flavours of the anchovies. The chicken satay was the best I had so far compared to the supermarket stuff. Proper char and the peanut sauce taste great. I'm really happy that the sambal was not spicy not because I can't tolerate spice but it's because I can taste the flavours. Not a criticism but the price is very high. So if you got the money, go for it.
Outstanding culinary experience and impeccable service awaits! Highly recommended for spice enthusiasts seeking an authentic taste of traditional Malaysian cuisine。
Fabulous food and service, suggest to go if you love spicy! More traditional Malaysian
Very authentic and tasty food, most customer here are malaysian. We had nasi Goreng Kampung (Malay style fried rice), Bihun Sup seafood(noodles in spiced soup), chicken satay, Ayam Sup with rice and Roti Pisang (banana pancakes) also 2 drinks. £49 for 2 people which is very reasonable price. The only thing is we waited for nearly 30 minutes to get our food and the staff only speak very limited English.
We went for iftar today. The food came out quickly and they served us date's on a plate too. It tasted very fresh and was light with little oil and the perfect amount of seasoning. I would highly recommend
