Pho No. 1 - Manchester

This is the best Vietnamese food I've had so far! We enjoyed pho, summer rolls, and spring rolls, all of which arrived quickly, hot, and extremely flavorful. The coffee was also delicious. Plus, the service was excellent!

The Vietnamese cuisine here is incredibly delicious and authentic! It's also a fantastic value for the price.

The menu offers an impressive selection of classic Vietnamese dishes, including some options you can't find anywhere else, like certain unique delicacies. The sharing starters were excellent, and the beef wrapped in betel leaf, along with the grilled squid salad, were real standout dishes. The summer rolls and spring rolls were simply to die for. The pho was fantastic, featuring a flavorful broth with tender chicken and rare beef. I also tried the delicate rice noodle dish, which is one of my favorites, and it was heavenly—truly delightful. We finished our meal with some delicious Vietnamese coffee and Hanoi beer. Overall, this little gem of a place is definitely worth visiting, and I'd say it's the best Vietnamese restaurant around. I can't wait to return to explore more of the menu!

The owners do not speak much English, but you eat is quite decent. their menu is very well written with English explanation, so if they have been in any other Vietnamese Pho type restaurants, they will not have any problem ordering or eating. the phonudel was a bit overcooked to wish, it was too soft and came in to many broken pieces, so it was difficult to eat. still delicious.

Really tasty Vietnamese food. Nice cosy atmosphere and quick service. The salt and pepper squid had the best texture and nearly melted in our mouths. The flat noodles were just the right stickiness that made it so easy to eat with chopsticks. I'd definitely recommend the Vietnamese BBQ beef.
