Pizza Junction - Manchester

I am a customer who get this takeaway atleast twice or 3 times a week. Yet today when going to get the food I had ordered for delivery on the website but it had changed it to collection, I was unaware of this so picked up the food almost 20 minutes after pick up time. I had asked if it was still warm because It was never meant to be collection so I had no idea it was just sat there , he said we called you twice but they never did call me to let me know so I said I'd just like a refund then as the food I cold. To be screamed at in my face telling me I wasn't getting a refund and just take the food. Terrible customer service.

This restaurant offers delicious food for the whole family, and the hot dishes were especially enjoyable. The delivery was fast, and there is nothing more I could ask for. Everyone in my family loved the meal, and we will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you!

Shop price and online price differ. 70p extra for a Garlic Bread cheese 10 online!!! Staff laugh and try to justify it when u mention it. AVOID
