Appauling bullying insulting management and customer service • went to Toros around a month ago, took ages and got the order wrong for me and my friends, not just my Order my other two friends too. • Upon mentioning the order was wrong was told “no, no the order was not wrong” told them it is for all three again told “no it isn’t” • Left as no accountability, and trying to insinuate me and my friends are just saying it as if!!!! • Five management followed me on the road yes that’s right no apology nothing told me to come back. Told them NO as no apology or putting things right at the time. Instead tried to insult and insinuate me and my friends just saying as if honestly. • Decided to give them another chance went yesterday. The manager came over in front of ppl and told me and my friend to “get out” I said excuse me the order was wrong last time. He said “no it wasn’t” no it wasn’t” trying again to frame us. I mean why would me and my friends be that frustrated if the order was not wrong. • I will never enter Toros again my friends will also write a review confirming witness statements on here. I regularly come to wilmslow road go to my Lahore and many other restaurants on this road all delicious food and excellent customer service, stress free never ever had this ridiculous rude, morally wrong behaviour. • Please be warned customers if your order is wrong bear in mind if you speak up are frustrated be prepared to be humiliated and insulted. I suggest not to even bother going here there’s lots of restaurants on this road with excellent customer service stress free. There is a steak restaurant I think at 461 wilmslow road eat halal steakhouse they have better reviews and very tasty try this, much better very nice food and customer service you’ll really enjoy. You’ll be much happier paying for good food and good customer service to enable a good experience all round what you pay for. • To management and Toros staff honestly shocked at your behaviour. You need basic manners and etiquette training. Unprofessional, bullying trying to humiliate customers is morally wrong and not a way to run a business. Go on customer service training course anti bullying and anti- insulting course.

Was served by Annie. Great service, great food ! Price range for a steak is around £20, and it’s worth it. Again great service !
