Everything really perfect, service, cleaning, sympathy and especially goto. There's nothing really missed! we could taste two excellent appetizers: some bruschettes to the Tuscan hepatic paté revisited with panbrioche and cooked pears, meat cutter, diavola chicken and stracotto with purée. a plausion also to the wine recommended by the staff of the room who with clear and detailed explanations directed us for a perfect combination of food-wine. Never!
Local for many but not for all gluten-free options make the difference. Meat appetizers and stars sweet stars P.S stars have their cost deserved
There are no words to describe this experience. Every dish is a goto explosion. staff besides being courteous is incredibly professional as it explains the dish when needed. raw materials at zero kilometer and excellent quality, the fresh truffle is grated directly at the table on the dish. the place is nice and welcoming. abundant courses and the choice of wide and varied wines. If I wanted to find a defect, I could think about a hundred years and I wouldn't find one. What if you thought you were going to the spas first, this place will change your mind. come to the sacturnia to eat from berry and wax, and you will have time to go and have a hot bath.
A unique and special experience. intimate place with few tables, excellent cuisine and perfect service. The atmosphere in the room is that of a place of other times: jazz music in the background and a non noisy environment, great for dinner in couple. the waiter and manager of the room (presumption) very attentive in explaining wines and dishes, excellent and very polite service. space kitchen: all very good and divinely presented. we have taken some tagliatelle with duck ragu with citrus notes combined with the crispness of the cocoa...ottime, of the rolls to the ciaffagnoni on cream of topinambur..deliziosi. the second has made us move: peppered and citrus triple. . incredible, and cheek of tweezers on purée with crispy caramel onion. the desserts were no less: pumpkin plum cake with pistachio moose of broth and salted caramel and cooked pear in vin brûlé with cinnamon cream and crumble. - Unbelievable. price range on average if we relate quality of raw materials and price. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area. Good!
