Restaurant Beef House - Máncora

I'm not gonna lie, the steaks, the burgers and the wings were perfect but I don't recommend the lomo saltado, my mom ordered this plate and it has a sour taste, the attendants were very nice people and they make us the favor to return the dish but when my mom ordered a steak instead of the lomo saltado the owner and the chef of the restaurant said that he is not going to make it because my mom wouldn't like it, they didn't want to serve us and we ask for the reclamation book and they didn't want to give it to us, my father went to the tourism police and bring they to the restaurant to check the situation and the owner was arrogant, his behavior was like he doesn't matter to lose clients and didn't apologize for the bad moment he make us past through

We had a beautiful meal here on our last night in Mancora. My partner is a big meat eater and really enjoys a steak, this place did not disappoint. The steak was cooked to perfection and came with all the trimmings, all for approximately 10dollars. He said it was the best steak he had ate in a long time. My son had chicken dippers, I had chicken wings with hot sauce and we enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine. The meal and atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were friendly and did a good job. Unfortunately we don't have pictures of our plates as we were too busy enjoying the food, but this is a sign of how much we enjoyed our meal! Highly recommend this restaurant !

The service is mediocre, as with most restaurants in Mancora, hence the 4* rather than 5* rating. The restaurant is quite pleasant with a "rodeo" theme that is a nice change from the usual Mancora décor.My wife and I both had steaks, I had the 400g whilst my wife and the standard size. Both were cooked exactly as requested, were juicy and tender and the fries were good too. Good value too, with 2 beers it came to 85 soles.
