Copper Dog Cafe - Mandan

Copper Dog Cafe is a Mandan treasure.I stopped in with a buddy the other day and had the biscuit and gravy waffle and an Americano, both were fantastic! Really wanted the chicken and waffle, will have to try that next time.I wandered around and appreciated all the work the owners and family put into the place, wonderful atmosphere.I wish you much success!

I was traveling through Mandan ND, decided to stop in Copper Dog Cafe to do some paperwork. My visit was midafternoon with no one else in the cafe so service was very fast. I ordered a large black coffee which I felt tasted good. There were plenty of electrical outlets around the room to plug phones and computers in. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. My waffle tasted better than expected, a desert on top of the waffle with the waffle balancing the taste outs. Copper Dog Cafe warrants a visit if you make it to Mandan.

Fun, small town coffee and waffles shop. Had an amazing number of different waffles to try, from sweet (strawberry cheesecake) to savory (chicken and waffles) and everything in between!! Great atmosphere and a fun little patio out back. Had alot of fun drinks, both coffee and non coffee. We tried and Italian soda and a lemon peach spritzer and what was basically a s'more in coffee form!! Would definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area and would definitely stop by again!Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free option a little bland but if you add toppings it is still pretty good.

The pizza waffle is amazing!! The coffee is delicious as always. Went for a little girls birthday party and my girls had a blast! Will definitely be booking my daughters birthday party here in December!Kid-friendliness: They have a fun little gym for kids to play on the trampoline, balance beams and some uneven bars. Plus they also had a lil nook for the toddlers.
