This is my go-to Cafe Du Monde. I order from here at least every couple of weeks.
We walked in, and ordered some Beignets. I'm with a group of 5 people and it's late at night so we were expecting a wait. As we were sitting at our table, they started bringing out Beignets. Then, they brought more Beignets. A couple moments later, they brought out more Beignets, none of which we paid for. We started laughing about it, then they brought out a massive white bag stuffed with more Beignet. Big ups to the manager for asking us why we had so many beignets, honestly I don't know why we have so many beignets, but they keep coming. 5/5 would come again.
Great beignets and good coffee. Save a trip into the city. Cotton seed oil they still fry in the best!
