Chili's Grill - Mandeville

Short on staffing. Prepare to stay in this place over 2+hours. About a year and a half ago dined in at this same Chill's. Some of the table benches still has holes in them. Can't believe they haven't replaced these in almost 1—1/2 years!!!!

Was surprised at how friendly staff was late at night.

Had to sit in bar area with little kids food still took over 30 min even though was only 2 other tables being oçcuppied

It's Chili's. Go in with the right expectations. Overall, good experience. Good was hot, looked nice, and had good flavor. We had a great server, Danny, that help make for a nice evening.

I use to work at this restaurant so I expected to taste some familiarity with the food. The food was disgusting. The fries were cooked in burnt oil. It took over 45 minutes to get my food and when I got it the food was cold. My server was probably the rudest server I’ve ever had in my life and he couldn’t be bothered for anything on the slow Sunday. All the servers looked like they were hungover.
