Pizza Hut - Mandurah

I have visited this restaurant many times in the past and always found the quality to be very good. However, my recent experience ordering delivery was extremely disappointing. I ordered two hunger tamers and was told that they were out of Pepsi cans so they would be replaced with one large drink. The person I spoke to on the phone was hard to understand as they spoke broken English very quickly. When the pizza finally arrived, it was undercooked and made me feel sick after just one bite. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know and the person who answered, who identified herself as the manager Shari, claimed that the pizzas were made correctly. When I asked to speak to someone else, she insisted that she was the manager and there was no one above her. I told her I would not be returning and she replied dismissively. Even my ten-year-old son, who usually eats anything from a takeaway box, couldn't stomach the pizza. The worst part of the experience was not the $30 I wasted, but the rude attitude I received from the supposed manager. I was not even offered a voucher for the poor quality food. I recommend going to another pizza place in Mandurah as there are much better options available. It's a shame to see this restaurant decline so rapidly.

I find that pizza hut is a down-grade from Dominos. Dominos has cheaper pricing and a tastier menu including a range of delicious desserts. Pizza hut however has bad customer service and even worse food and pricing. Once I found a long, black, curly hair in the center of my pizza! It made me sick. I never wanted to eat there again after that. I do not, neither does anyone in my family, have black curly hair! But the man working there did!

Quite good regular size pizzas. If you love pizza, then in Mandura you need to come here.

The restaurant is new and they are still working out some issues I ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes.
