Ribs Burgers - Mandurah

I've been here twice now and I'm really confused about all of these bad reviews. The burgers are setup as perfect as an advertisement and the taste is superb. Their patties are medium cooked, but they give they will change that to order. I'm from the USA and burgers are a pretty big deal there. I've not had a single burger that meets the higher standards I can have, but it doesn't change the fact that these guys have made one of the best burgers I'm WA. The chips are cooked just right. They have a very slight crunch and a soft center, which is hard to find as they aren't very thick. To top it off, the service has been great. My partner and I like to sit outside when the temperature allows and they checks on us more than most places do and they have always been polite and not too invasive. This is one of my favourite restaurants in the Forum.
