I was able to eat there with my two "veganish" daughters, not an easy feat around the Mandurah area. They ordered the quinoa fritters to start and had the chickpea stuffed baby potato with tahini dressing. Both my daughters loved the "pretty presentation" and as a mum, I loved that the dish actually catered to a Vegan (not a carnivores idea of a vegan dish) so hats off to the menu planner and chef. I ordered the gnocchi, delish and a good serve (unlike a beetroot gnocchi I have ordered on a previous visit that left me hungry!) The other half had the steak and said it was absolutely perfect, except his red wine jus was reduced to almost sticky caramel consistency. (Hence 4.5 instead of a full 5 star) Service? Well it was pretty quiet as we ate early but the waiter who served us was lovely, (from Chile?) Very attentive and warm. Great restaurant, great food, great service when we don't want to travel too far to a Veggie restaurant! Thanks guys :-)

Great spot, right on the water. We had a half a dozen oyster kilpatricks which were delicious but a little heavy on the BBQ sauce and half a dozen natural oysters with finely diced mango, red onion and chilli, YUMMM!! Then we had their Sunday roast lunch. We had the roast chicken and the roast lamb, both so delicious and tender, and I loved the addition of the chicken stuffing melodies, so good.
Perfect location and serving staff helpful. That about where the positive ends. Food is over priced, long wait for service and when we tried to use the entertainment book voucher the guy sorting our bill tried to lie and say we could only use one. We had to show him the rules of the book and cards to be able to use our two vouchers (table of 6). Full of attitude but let us use it in the end. If you don't want to offer customers the use of vouchers, don't enter in the entertainment book and argue with your customers.
My whole family dined at this place while we were waiting for the ferry ride to see the Christmas lights. Staff were aware of the 1 1/2 hours we had to eat. The wait at the bar for drinks was totally unacceptable and one family member had to go and find someone to serve us. With half an hour to go, our meals finally arrived. 2 family members enjoyed their meal but as for the rest, the food was quite unappetising and very bland certainly not worth the price that was charged. The waitress that served us was lovely but I would never recommend this place to anyone sorry.
