Sribni Leleky - Manevychi

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Service is terrible. I came to Ukraine to eat some perogies, they told me to go to the cafe but no perogies. Then they told me to go to the restaurant but no perogies. Then they told me to take a taxi to a different restaurant, but no perogies. I went to 4 different restaurants but found no perogies. The room is very dirty, SPIDERS EVERYWHERE!! You have to bring your own towels because they charged us for using the towels... I will repeat that again, they charged us for using the towels!?!? They charge per day for using a blanket. They try to squeeze everything they can from you. The staff is very rude, they try not to help you, they are very lazy. When we checked out, the staff was sleeping at the reception desk. I left a gift for my friend at the reception, they want to charge him money to pick up the gift that i left him. This is an embarrassment to lutsk and to Ukraine. I hope this hotel can learn from this review.

STAY AWAY!! These people are criminals, they dont say anything about extra charges and then they slap you with a giant bill at the end of your stay. We got charged for using towels. They charged us extra because the towels were wet. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff is rude and lazy. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at and will not be returning here.

Room was big but only with bare necessities. Very uncomfortable bed, walls are so thin, we were able to hear neighbors and those in the halls. Breakfast was insufficient. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

New two-level apartments of the hotel in a separate building are really luxury. Good location, quiet and very nice views. Breakfasts are OK for a short stay.

Not bad. But really poor breakfast. Overall good!
