Hidden Gem on the Way to Alaminos! We were on our way to Alaminos City when we decided to stop for lunch at Don Facundo Restaurant in Mangatarem, Pangasinan. What a fantastic find! The food was absolutely delicious. We especially loved the bulalo (hearty beef shank soup) and the sisig (a sizzling pork dish). The flavors were spot-on, and the portions were generous. We were also very impressed by the service. Letty, the hostess, was incredibly gracious and welcoming. She made us feel right at home and helped us navigate the menu. If you're ever traveling through Mangatarem, Pangasinan, I highly recommend checking out Don Facundo Restaurant. You won't be disappointed!
