This eatery reminds me of Europe, I love the decor and layout of this place. Sadly, it has very low reviews. We went there just to have coffee. For us all went well. We did not have to wait long for our order. The coffee was very good. We had cappacino and flat white. There were very few patrons while we were there. Our time of visit was at 9.15am. We did find the meals bit expensive for our own pocket. For some it may be ok.
I maybe have low expectations of airport restaurants but was so glad I stopped here! All the cabinet food looked delicious but ended up going with the Eggs Benedict which, despite the cafe being relatively busy, was promptly delivered by friendly staff, was beautifully presented AND tasty ?! My flat white was delicious... I also appreciated the aesthetics and the sunny/ airy seating area... Thus concludes my appreciative essay
Had the big breakfast on arrival since I had some time to waste before leaving the airport. I must say it was surprising to see bake beans on a breakfast platter. Was not a big fan but overall everything else on the plate was worth eating. Had coffee and then an hour later had a beer. #imonvacation #dontjudgeme
A collaboration with Oma, Blue Marble Lane plays host to its own menu and some hearty drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Please note that food and hot beverages are prepared in the kitchen at Oma, although both do have individual menus. Fish and chips are top notch and it comes with a salad that is prepared in a way that actually makes me want to eat it. There is also a large tv screen showing sports games next to the BML counter so an opportunity there to sit back and watch the rugby before your flight.
