Yogurtland - Manhattan Beach

I just visited this restaurant, and I can confidently say it's my favorite spot! I absolutely love everything about it! The ambiance is lovely and remarkably serene. I'm totally captivated!

I recently dined at this restaurant and was surprised by the service we received from Catherine. I feel she could benefit from improving her customer service skills, as her behavior was both rude and unprofessional while managing the toppings and during the payment process. I recommend that the restaurant invest in better training for their staff.

I'm pleased to see the restaurant open again. However, I've noticed that the service has changed since COVID. Now, customers have to prepare their own ice cream and add toppings, which takes away from the overall experience a bit. On the positive side, the yogurt still tastes just as delicious. While I understand the reasoning behind having staff add the toppings, I believe customers should have the option to make their own ice cream, especially since it's displayed in a machine behind glass. I'm rating it 3 stars because of the long wait time.

At the moment, there are no samples available, but you can still enjoy self-serve frozen yogurt using sanitized gloved hands. The staff will add the toppings for you from the other side of the counter. Please note that only cashless payments are accepted, so be ready to use a credit card or make a payment through Apple, Samsung, or Google Pay. I really love the wide range of flavors offered here. My current favorite is the taro and salted caramel pecan frozen yogurt, topped with no-sugar-added dark chocolate chips, mochi, toffee chips, and yogurt chips. You can even ask for a drizzle of condensed milk from the back for an extra special treat!
