Houlihan's Restaurant Bar - Manhattan

Meatloaf was good. I wish they would serve it differently. Meatloaf was on top of mashed taters green beans with fried onion strings on top. If I want it mixed together I will do it. Flavor was good.

This place has a lot of potential but just misses the mark. Unwelcoming right off the bat. So many employees watched us waiting at the entrance and it took a few minutes for someone to show us to the table. The tables and bar were dirty and staff was just sitting around. I may come back one day but I’m. It in a hurry.

Good food for a fair price. Perfect better-than-average place that doesn't break the bank. Great place for an inexpensive hot date

I ordered the Tuscan bean salad and Scallops with Asparagus Risotto, all favorites. The salad had little to no balsamic on the side which is it's crowning point. When the scallops arrived I found them terribly tough and some even had a fishy taste. The Risotto was delicious, well prepared and on point. Houlihan has become out go-to place for celebration. There's something in the menu for everyone. We absolutely love the all day fix menu that offers three courses — appetizer, main course, dessert! Prices and portions are spot on.
