Kfc - Manhattan

My wife ordered through DoorDash and the order was incorrect. I tried to call to get ahold of an employee but the call went to a voicemail. I went back and the manager personally filled the order and it was still wrong. Won’t get food from here no more. Terrible service!!

Wife ordered a $20 fill up bucket with a large side of Mac and cheese. No Mac and cheese and a small bucket of chicken. For some reason this kfc night crew is full of incompetent employees.

These people couldn't even take my order at the counter. They were long lines at the drive-thru and it looked like they couldn't work well together.

I'd like to share with you a picture of a bucket of beautifully fried, tender, extra crispy chicken. But I can't, here's why.. We pulled through the drive through a little after 9pm. Keep in mind closing time isn't until 10:30. This polite and timid sounding woman told us they were out of chicken. Second time I didnt get no cookies with my food. No napkins, i ordered mac n cheese come home and its coleslaw they gave me. If i could give a no star I would.
