Mamadeaux's Cajun And Creole Cafe

The food here was absolutely incredible! As someone from Mississippi, I can honestly say it was better than anything I've had back home. With the right staff and a bit more efficiency, this place could really take off! While the food was fantastic, the wait time was quite long. At fast food places, you expect to wait about 5 minutes, and even great restaurants usually take a maximum of 45 minutes. I sincerely hope they improve on this. Remember, as customers, we have opinions, and if we feel we are being told to look elsewhere, that's exactly what might happen. The food and the staff are excellent, and I truly hope more people will give this place a try or at least order takeout because the food is just amazing!

We visited this restaurant for a friend's birthday dinner, and it created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at ease. The food was absolutely delicious, featuring a buffet that included jambalaya with sausage, flavorful fish, steamed vegetables, and more. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. There's also a private room available for rental if you're looking to host a small gathering. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wels was excellent. The fries were homemade, and the butter biscuit was fantastic. The salad had quite a few dry carrots, though the lettuce was fresh. Unfortunately, the carrots tasted like they were from a bag. The staff were very sweet.

I hope it gets better. It is hard to start a new restaurant, especially as the only Cajun in the city of Tonight was our second attempt to order MamaDeaux by Wildcat2go. The first time after 2 hours we found out that the order was canceled from the restaurant, but they didn't make it to let the pickup drivers know. Wildcat was brilliant enough to offer us a loan we used tonight to try again. It took 2 hours to get 2 meals and an appetizer. The beans and rice weren't pretty and actually quite scarce looking, but they were good. The catfish was really good. The pages weren't so great. I hope they can find out and stay the bends.

I went to MamaDeaux 's around 8 pm for the first time. They close at 9pm on that day. I was impressed with the decor inside of the restaurant and the quickness of the server. The food does take some time to come to your table after ordering and we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was the best catfish I have ever had! It was delicious. Well worth the wait! The red beans and rice, catfish, Mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes are to die for. I spoke with the owner, Q . She was very nice and appreciative! Go try this place and keep in mind the wait for the food. It is well worth it!
