Pretzelmaker - Manhattan

I've never gone here and them had it in stock. It's frustrating to walk up and be told it's a 30 minute wait on a snack item. I wouldn't be so critical if today wasn't the fifth time it's happened in the last two months. I never get to even try the food here because they are never available.

Employees don’t welcome you or say anything when you walk in or try to order. I ordered a lemonade drink and the lady put the strawberry syrup in the cup and handed it to me to fill up with lemonade, although she was right infront of it. Bad customer service , need to rehire other faces.

I am disappointed because they no longer make pretzels. How is this still called pretzelmaker? The bites were fresh though.

No good, I usually love pretzels but these were lacking. Super bland and not warm or salted.
