Roadhouse 52 - Manhattan

I have visited this restaurant numerous times and always enjoyed the food. However, during our last visit for dinner, we experienced some frustration. We waited patiently at our table while the bartender appeared to be busy chatting with patrons and doing tasks like cleaning dishes. After a few minutes of being ignored without any acknowledgment, we decided to leave. Although I have recommended this place in the past, I will no longer do so.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and very reasonably priced. I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5. The service was good, receiving a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere could use some improvement, earning a 3 out of 5. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

There are a few excellent bartenders at this restaurant, but there is a female bartender who sometimes makes odd decisions like locking up the Jack Daniels and then leaving, often running out of a key liquor. In reality, the liquor is just locked in an office.

I would have rather gone to McDonald's. Half the wait, half the price, and twice the quality. The dining experience was dreadful - we waited forever and the food was cold. Absolutely disappointing.
