I found the ordering process over the phone to be quite simple, and our food was prepared in no time. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food itself was delicious! We tried an elk burger, a bourbon burger, and a kid's cheeseburger to go. I’d suggest checking out Local Flavors for some coupons!

Great place, nice selection of burgers. I asked for a medium elk burger and it came out a little dry and definitely not medium. I would go back again to another one, as this is a chain restaurant. This one was clean. Staff was nice.

I visited the restaurant during a slow period, with just one person ahead of us in line. We placed our orders, and everything seemed fine at first. However, after we ordered, three groups came in, placed their orders, and were seated. We waited 20 minutes without receiving our food while the other tables were served. I approached the staff to inquire about our order and was informed that the turkey burger takes longer to prepare. I pointed out that this wait was excessive. Another 15 minutes passed, and I went up again, only to be told to have patience, as the burgers take 20 minutes. I mentioned that I had already been waiting for 30 minutes and needed to leave for my daughter's game. The staff member replied that it actually takes 15 minutes to make. I expressed my frustration, noting their inconsistent explanations. It turned out they had lost my order, and instead of acknowledging their mistake, they blamed me for ordering a turkey burger. Anyone who has cooked a turkey burger knows that the preparation time is not that long; they were simply not truthful. I will definitely not return to this restaurant. You can’t have such poor customer service and dishonesty, especially when the place is not busy. The manager needs a crash course in basic customer service.

Last time we order from them. The order was initially wrong and then once we got it sorted and got home, EVERYTHING was raw on the inside. All of it. Do not recommend at all. The orders are never right and now this. Edit: They did give us a refund and a gift card and explained that new people were working. That part can be excused as I understand being in their position. However, the one star stays due to the orders always being wrong and the employees always having attitudes towards their customers for no reason.

First time and Burger was very good. Love the pic your own toppings. Had the 2/3 Bourbon Burger!
