Mcdonald's - Manheim

This McDonald's has always been poor and staffed with management and employees with the IQ of a tree stump.

Sat at the drive thru for 12 minutes. 2 cars ahead of me went through quite fast. I was only getting a drink. Waited, waited. Gentleman picks up a happy meal and another bag full of food and shoves it out the window. No greeting, just in my face. I say that's not mine. He doesn't listen. Again trying to hand it to me. I say that's not mine . He looks up at the screen, starts getting a drink. Knew he did NOT read the order because it wasn't what I ordered. The window was open so I yelled my order in the window. He reaches for a new cup and starts over. Hands me the cup, again without speaking and with no apologies. This isn't rocket science. I then was reminded why I hadn't been to Manheim McDonald's in over a year.

I've been here a few times over the years, and it is always something they are out of something or forgets parts of your order.

I don’t appreciate being skipped in the drive thru line. The guy said he would be with me in a second and kept taking the orders of other vehicles as they pulled up in other drive thru lane. I was literally ordering a drink. I will spend my money at a different McDonald’s from now on because this one has disappointed me time and time again. The morning crew is actually excellent. The night crew is a joke. I spend way too much money there and go there many times in a day to be treated like that.

The worst McDonald's ever save time drive somewhere else.
