Very cozy restaurant and affordable menu coupled with a super friendly staff. Would defiantly return for lunch.

Ideal for midday break! Very efficient service! Simple menu but it seems it is changing every day. Outstanding food quality.

I go to Luogo del Giulio every now and then on Saturday evenings, and it's always a great place for dinner. The owner is welcoming and also has drinks at the counter to start with (try the locally produces apple juice if you're not after alcoholic drinks). The menu offers a good selection of traditional Friulian food (meat, cheese) along with pasta dishes. Food is good and sizes are generous. Also the deserts are worth a try. After dinner it's always nice to go at the counter again for a chat with the owner, while sipping a grappa. The place also sells locally grown apples and walnuts.
