Worst Experience I ever had in a hotel. The so-called reception guy does not have etiquette in how to talk to the guest. I lost my Ray Ban sunglasses for 12k. I was nothing but just requesting the staff to check the CCTV footage but they denied it and started arguing. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
