Probably my favorite restaurant in Manila. They can satisfy every palate, including vegetarian. They carry only the freshest with mostly farm to table. So don't be surprised if they run out of an item. They also change the menu about every 3months. The baby corn with miso sauce appetizer was out of this world. Seriously, it was excellent. My second favorite was the lamb. The sliced jamon, was just like i was in Spain. I took a local Filipino from work, he was surprised. Plans to take his wife. Give it a try and enjoy.
