Knox's Silver Valley - Manitowoc

We went to a Mother's Day brunch and were very disappointed with the food. None of the items were satisfying. However, the restaurant had plenty of staff who were very attentive.

I absolutely loved the beef tips and mashed potatoes at this restaurant! The meat was incredibly tender, and I would love to get the recipe for it.

The food at the restaurant was amazing overall, though personally I thought the chicken soup was too salty. We had a great experience at the Mother's Day brunch.

Their buffet has been greatly reduced. However the kneecaps are delicious!
