Feedback gevenI was quite disappointed with both the service and the food during my visit. The employee who assisted me inadvertently swept some debris from the counter into my bowl of rice. When I requested a new bowl, he appeared very confused. I had to clarify that I wanted a fresh bowl because he had just brushed remnants off the counter into my meal. I live only about five minutes away, but by the time I got home, the food was already cold. Additionally, the chips were stale. Unfortunately, I don’t intend to return.
During my first visit, I was served by Chris Stevens and Noah, who were both friendly and patient. They were knowledgeable about their meat and topping selections and provided excellent recommendations for combinations and additions to create the flavor I was aiming for. Although I don't visit Sheboygan often, this restaurant is definitely a place I seek out when I do. The service is outstanding, and the portions are generous and flavorful, far surpassing competitors like Chipotle. I'm looking forward to more of their locations opening throughout Wisconsin, especially if they maintain this A+ level of service. A huge shoutout to the staff—I hope you receive the praise and recognition you truly deserve for your hard work and passion!
Well the fact that this place was empty on a Saturday at 6pm should've been a dead give away to go somewhere else. Ordered a burrito and the girl who made it was obviously a new employee but rather than help her the 3 other employee's sat around trying to look busy while sitting on their phones. The burrito was seriously under portioned and was the smallest burrito I've ever gotten at a Qdoba before. It looked like a chili cheese burrito from Taco Bell. And rather than have someone else wrap it at the end, even though the new employee was visibly struggling to do so, no other employee tried to assist. So I basically sat down to a burrito that had the structural integrity of a wet diaper wrapped in tinfoil. Train your staff before letting them serve your finalized product. Overall terrible experience.
Had to walk out of the store because the server decided that it was more important to stir all the food than to help the customers standing in line. Wasn 't even stirring the food in an efficient manner. No sense of urgency or customer service. Not once did she say we 'll be with you in a moment or acknowledge that we were there. Another, server was taking care of an online order and drive thru at the same time. Will not be returning.
Came in and to start with there were no vegetables. The girl taking my order was more interested in talking about the men hitting up her dm 's than making my order correctly. I ordered the toasted cheese quesadilla..she didn 't put the cheese on it...then throws it back on the grill with the cheese then proceeds to put it in my box upside down...all while chit chatting in Spanish to the cook. It really doesn 't get much more rude. I used to love this place. Very sad to see how far down they 've gone.
