The Pour House - Manitowoc

While in the area, my husband found this little place on a Google search. It was just what we needed for lunch before we traveled. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super friendly and attentive. I had the chicken salad pack and my husband had the mushroom Fontina Burger. Both lunches were excellent. The pack was so big that I took half. The star of the show was Butter Nutter Bier, the brew pubs own brewery, which tasted like an old-fashioned beer! While I could not drink a ton of them, the taste was super unique and a node to Wisconsin tradition. This is definitely a rewarding stop when you are in the area!

The food here was good but to me little pricey. The service was excellent also. The building itself though was very pretty. Just not my cup of tea. But don't get me wrong the food is good.

Stopped for lunch and inquired about one of the sandwiches, they brought a small sandwich out for us to try. It was delicious and totally unexpected. We order the full sand which and it was really good. Waitstaff was really nice, did a great job. My wife enjoyed it so much we came back for dinner. Had a great meal and a really good ice cream ball desert. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

The cheese curds were delicious. This restaurant has a unique menu. We tried many new things and enjoyed everything.
