Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop - Mankato

I went here with a group of friends. We ordered alot of food and it was all cooked to order. I got the number 7 which was an enchilada and burrito with rice and beans. I thought it was very good! My friends ordered the super fries and they were also amazing! It was good value for the price and I definitely will be going back!

A little disappointed one of our corn looked partially eaten, will check next time before driving off. Otherwise everything tasted good.

I love Giliberto's! My favorite thing to get from there is their super fries. They're always so delicious and super quick. It is more than enough food to fill you up. I can't really tell the difference between their super fries half and full order though. They both look like they have the same amount of food. So get the half order because it is cheaper.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Mankato. The service is fast, and the food is hot. I'll be coming back soon.

Tasty authentic Mexican food. Huge variety of tacos (I prefer the rolled tacos, the carne asada, and the chorizo tacos). The guac is probably 50% sour cream, but is delicious! Most importantly, they'll hold the cilantro if requested!! I gave the drive thru 4 stars, but the best experience is dine in. Gilberto's does tacos right!
