Cuando uno cree que ya nada puede sorprenderle culinariamente, llegamos a un pequeñísimo pueblo de la costa gallega (Estaca de Bares y en el restaurante del puerto (Restaurante El Centro nos ofrecen bogavante al horno con patatas panaderas. ¡Si no lo veo no me lo creo! Pues bien, lo vi y lo comí, y aseguro que estaba delicioso, ummmmm, para volver a hacer los 270 km. solo para probar el bogavante. También ofrecían cigalas al horno con patatas. Habrá que probarlas. Buen servicio y amabilidad en el trato completaron una buena y sorprendente comida.

Y a pesar de su advertencia quedé gratamente sorprendida, no solo por el bogavante sino también por sus playas de arena blanca y aguas turquesa, casi vacías a pesar de ser agosto. Un paraíso. Volveré muy muy pronto.
