I like the concept of build-your-own-pizza, and I think Pieology does a decent job of it.

Like subway, but cooler and with pizza! Any topping or sauce is included in the standard pizza price.

After a walk through the narrow alleyways of the historic centre of manosque, we arrived in this lovely square overlooking three restaurants, a fountain and a children's slide. we sit at one of the tables in the shade of big trees and immediately comes a gentle girl and with a nice smile. the menu is not very wide, the products are fresh and the kitchen is expressed. we take a salt crack made with buckwheat and a salad. It's all very good. the water is offered by the house and the list of sweets brings the water in the mouth. the prices are definitely honest and the staff very friendly and welcoming. the place is small, but the beautiful thing are the tables outside in a charming location.

Of the little gastronomic offer of this city we liked this place in a placite, we took some cookie for 10 euros that were of four ingredients and included a salad, and we were filled! were very good.
